General Information

Logo Requirements

Minimum Order

Minimum orders are set to provide the best pricing
available.

Please send your logo in one of the described formats.

  • Black & white high resolution Eps or ai files (recommended)
  • 300 dpi .jpeg or .tif format.
  • Vector art is preferred.

Art Re-work Fees

Logos not submitted in a workable format will be subject
to an art fee of $85.00 hour with your approval.

Material Colors / Patterns

Color representations in this brochure and on our website
may vary from actual material colors. Material colors can
also have a slight variance in each dye lot. Swatches are
available.

Stamping Die

A one-time fee of $165.00 will be added for each color. This
is to cover the metal die that foil stamps or debosses your
logo. Color proofs will be provided with the receipt of a
purchase order.

Production Time

Production time will vary depending on order demands. If
there is a deadline please advise and we will do our best to
accommodate.

Foil Colors / Blind Debossing

Standard colors are Gold, Silver or Black. Other colors are
available. Blind Debossing recesses your logo into the fabric without
the application of foil.

Shipping

Shipping and Handling charges are FOB Seattle, WA.
All orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise specified.
Plastic Sales is not responsible for transit delays.
Approved chargeable expedited shipping may be
necessary to meet deadlines.

Prototypes

Prototypes prior to production can be made. An additional labor fee will vary depending on the project. A one-time die fee will apply if needed. Die charge will not be incurred again on order placement.

Proofs

Proofs are provided via email at no additional charge.
Proof approval must be verified and returned before order
will proceed to production.

Quotes

Quotes are provided to give an estimate of the overall
project. Shipping costs are not included in the estimate
and ship UPS from our plant.

 

 

Orders

Orders can be placed by Email, Online or Verbal. All orders
need to have a signed quote to proceed. We reserve the
industry standard right to ship and bill for 10% over or
under the quantity ordered. The following information is
required to fulfill the order.
Insert size, number of viewing panels, quantity and foil
stamp or debossing placement (if applicable).

Estimated transit times via UPS ground are as follows:

8, 9 — 1-2 business days
5, 6, 7 — 2-3 business days
3, 4 — 3-4 business days
0, 1, 2 — 4-5 business days




Cleaning & Storage Recommendations

Products should be cleaned by wiping exterior with a
slight damp cloth. No chemicals should be used on any
products. We do not recommend storing menus in the
shipping box. Menus should be stored away from moisture
areas.
